AI/ML Engineer (Prompt Engineering & LLM Integration)
We’re looking for an AI/ML Engineer with expertise in prompt engineering to design, test, and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs) and integrate them into real-world AI applications. This role blends technical AI/ML skills with creativity, ensuring outputs are accurate, relevant, and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Design, refine, and test prompts to improve LLM output quality.
Fine-tune and evaluate models for accuracy, safety, and relevance.
Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions.
Apply techniques like few-shot learning, prompt chaining, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Research and implement the latest AI/ML innovations.
Core Requirements
Strong experience in
AI/ML, NLP, or LLM development .
Proficiency in
Python , with hands-on experience in frameworks such as
PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face .
Knowledge of
cloud AI platforms
(AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Practical experience with
LLM techniques
such as fine-tuning, RAG, few-shot learning, and evaluation.
Strong understanding of
generative AI concepts
and
natural language processing .
Preferred / Exposure to
LLM orchestration frameworks:
LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel .
Emerging standards and approaches:
Anthropic MCP (Model Context Protocol), Agentic AI engineering .
Cloud-based AI/ML data platforms:
Vertex AI, Databricks .
Conversational AI and app builders:
Rasa, Voiceflow, Glide, Lovable .
New and experimental tools:
Dify, Claude Code, Swarm .
