Responsibilities Designing and implementing scalable, reliable data pipelines and integrations to support LLM/RAG use cases.
Developing end-to-end workflows for vectorized and graph-based data, embedding generation, and retrieval systems.
Building and curating training datasets for supervised learning and model fine-tuning.
Processing structured and unstructured data into vectorized and training-ready formats.
Writing clean, scalable Python scripts to automate AI/ML data processing and pipeline orchestration.
Collaborating with AI researchers, product managers, and business teams to deploy data infrastructure supporting real-world AI solutions.
Maintaining high standards for data quality, governance, and system reliability.
Participating in ongoing efforts to improve tools, infrastructure, and processes to meet evolving AI program needs.
Working within the Palantir Foundry platform to operationalize end-to-end data solutions.
Evaluating and integrating new AI-native data tools and infrastructure enhancements.
Qualifications 3-5+ years' experience in data engineering with a focus on AI/ML pipelines, scalable infrastructure, or data products in production environments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Proven success building end-to-end, production-grade pipelines for AI/LLM or machine learning workflows.
Strong hands-on experience with Python for AI/ML data processing, vectorized data workflows, and model training pipelines.
Experience working with vector databases, embeddings, or graph-based data infrastructure.
Solid understanding of data lifecycle management, pipeline orchestration, and cloud-based infrastructure.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across AI, engineering, and product teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred: Familiarity with modern AI-native data tools; experience with cloud data platforms and orchestration tools; experience leading or contributing to large-scale AI/ML data infrastructure projects; strong problem-solving skills and a drive to stay ahead in AI.

Compensation and Location
Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr. The expected annual salary range for this role is $120,000-190,000. A discretionary bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package. Position Location: This position will work out of the TWG office on a hybrid schedule in Santa Monica, CA. Consideration for a different working location will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
