Overview
Focus Partners Wealth is seeking an Associate Wealth Advisor. The Associate Wealth Advisor collaborates with a planning-centric team of advisors to design, build, and protect clients’ financial plans. This role partners with a Wealth Advisor to care for client relationships by actively participating in the financial planning process to address retirement, risk management, estate, and tax considerations. The role also manages the database of client information and requests, articulates our investment philosophy, and supports best practices within the team. Primary Responsibilities
Develop a mastery of Focus Partners Wealth’s evidence-based investment philosophy Serve as a resource for other Associates Wealth Advisors at Focus Partners Wealth Create, edit, and present financial plans through eMoney Develop a personalized Investment Policy Statement and holistic investment strategy for each client Independently lead client communications and interactions Understand fundamentals of trading and partner with the Portfolio Management team to approve and execute portfolios, trade recommendations, tax loss harvesting, etc. Determine asset allocation based on clients’ needs, willingness, and ability to take risk Diligently record client communications and information within the CRM Act as the day-to-day contact for client needs and collaborate with team members to ensure high levels of service Assist with client billing reviews and collaborate with the billing department to ensure timely fee collection Engage in business planning efforts and actively support the firm’s strategic priorities Meet with clients in person when needed; some travel may be required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree 2+ years financial planning experience Series 65 Strong interpersonal communication skills; team-oriented approach Knowledge of financial industry, financial products, and financial planning concepts Clean U4 Compensation and Benefits
The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $65,000 - $70,000. Actual base pay may vary based on experience, subject matter expertise, location, and skill set. The base pay is one component of the total compensation package, which may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. About Focus Partners Wealth
