Overview

Amazon’s GTM Science team uses machine learning and Generative AI to solve organizational challenges in talent management. The role involves working on talent science products across diverse datasets, partnering with engineering and product teams to productionize models, and influencing senior business leaders. As an applied scientist in GTM Science, you will work on problems in People Experience and Technology, help solve high impact business problems, and be encouraged to patent and publish your contributions. Key responsibilities

Design and implement models, science-based product ideas and features, project plans and communicate with stakeholders. Develop fair predictive models to understand important business and people-centered outcomes. Productionize ML and science models at the scale of Amazon. Basic Qualifications

Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, machine learning or equivalent quantitative field Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language Experience with SQL and an RDBMS (e.g., Oracle) or Data Warehouse Preferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position ranges from $129,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
