We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer with expertise in .NET and Angular technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and technical leadership. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining full stack applications hosted on both on-prem and cloud platforms, as well as leading a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of full stack solutions using .NET and Angular technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical leadership and support. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team remains at the forefront of innovation. Qualifications
7+ years of experience designing and developing complex applications Proficiency in C# .NET API design and development Experience designing and developing Angular and SQL solutions Experience designing and developing full-stack business critical enterprise systems Experience as a technical leader; leading and mentoring a team of engineers Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred Experience working on agile teams and release trains, and knowledge of SAFe is preferred Exposure to Azure cloud technologies, DevOps or Infrastructure-as-Code is a plus Property Casualty Insurance experience is a plus Employment type
