As an

Analyst , you will work with Oliver Wyman’s industry leaders on a broad range of client projects, achieving interaction and visibility with clients that include top-tier insurance companies, provider health systems, state regulators, and private equity firms. Potential projects may include: Medicare Bid Support: Assisting bid development for Medicare Advantage products including product development, modeling, and analysis Commercial Pricing Support: Assisting pricing of health insurance products including product development, modeling, and analysis for ACA small group and individual markets, and large group markets Medical and Pharmacy Claims Analysis: Supporting claim-line analytics with benchmarking to industry experience Market Simulation Analyses: Supporting analyses of proposed federal and state legislation Regulatory Support: Examining impact of regulatory changes and assisting clients with implementation Provider Contract Analysis: Evaluating provider contracts and impact on rates Value-based Care: Analyzing value-based care and other risk-taking arrangements from payer and provider perspectives Evaluation of care management programs Qualifications And Desired Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required, preferably in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or related field 1 - 3 years of actuarial experience Progress towards ASA credentials Track record of rapid learning, high performance, and professional growth Strong written and oral communication skills Excellent time and project management skills Ability to work independently on client projects and intellectual capital development Collaborative, team-oriented mindset Deep critical-thinking and problem-solving skills Highly motivated and comfortable in a dynamic environment Strong skills with MS Excel, SAS, SQL, R, VBA or other programming languages Benefits

The applicable base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $100,000 USD Base pay determined by experience, skills, location, and other factors Potential eligibility for performance-based incentives Competitive total rewards package including health and welfare benefits, 401K and other programs Why work for Us
