Risk Director – Finance (Accounting, Treasury and Tax) Join to apply for the Risk Director – Finance (Accounting, Treasury and Tax) role at Fidelity Investments. The Corporate Services Risk Team within the Fidelity Risk Group is looking for a hard-working and experienced Risk Director to help support the Finance business functions in identifying, monitoring, and mitigating risks to protect the interests of the firm and our customers. As Risk Director, you will be responsible for assessing and reporting on significant risks, developing strategies and solutions to help business partners manage risk, ensuring risks are identified early, escalated appropriately, and addressed timely and effectively. Responsibilities

Lead risk management activities for Finance (Accounting, Treasury and Tax) and collaborate with business partners to identify, monitor, and mitigate risks. Assess and report on significant risks, develop strategies and solutions to manage risk, and ensure early identification and timely escalation. Drive risk management programs including proactive risk assessment, risk monitoring, scenario planning, incident escalation, risk trending, and risk routines tailored to Fidelity’s Corporate Functions. Collaborate with risk, compliance, legal and audit partners; act as a trusted advisor to the business. Foster partnerships across Fidelity to enhance the existing risk support model and develop new approaches for other Corporate Functions. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification a plus 10+ years of relevant experience; Finance, Audit or other Risk Management experience preferred Proven leadership or project management experience Ability to drive and cultivate a strong risk management mindset within the business Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex information Demonstrated risk management knowledge, including risk assessment and control evaluation Strategic thinking with creativity to challenge current practices and mitigate risks Knowledge of data analytics capabilities/tools to analyze data and surface risk or identify control deficiencies Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with prioritization as needed Strong communication and relationship-building skills with business partners and colleagues Experience in supervising, coaching, and knowledge sharing as a subject matter expert Adaptability to changing information and business priorities Role & Impact

Set and execute the Risk Management strategy for Finance business partners Continuously analyze and assess the risk profile of the business Proactively manage risks and respond to emerging issues Develop innovative solutions and influence meaningful outcomes Serve as a trusted advisor to the business and collaborate with risk, compliance, legal, and audit partners Promote a culture of learning and development to improve capabilities Certifications: Category: Risk.
