As a Product Analyst II at Remitly, you'll be the analytics architect behind our most critical customer experiences. Partnering closely with product, engineering, design, marketing, and operations, you'll translate ambiguous problems into robust data products, drive experimentation at scale, and surface insights that inform company‑level bets. This is an individual contributor role with no direct people‑management responsibilities, based in Seattle, WA, and follows a hybrid work schedule. You will report directly to a Senior Product Analytics Manager. You Will Drive strategic and tactical recommendations grounded in deep product understanding and rigorous analysis, maximizing value for Remitly customers. Act as a thought‑partner for product managers and engineers—shaping roadmaps through opportunity sizing, metric design, and experiment readouts. Chart the course for advanced analytics frameworks, data products, and insights that directly impact high‑level company strategy. Anticipate the downstream effects of market, regulatory, and internal technology shifts—sharing data‑driven recommendations that guide our long‑term investments and goals. Lead cross‑functional initiatives where data insights become the "force multiplier," aligning technical and non‑technical teams around shared goals and clear, data‑informed decisions. You Have 4+ years of hands‑on experience in analytics, data science, or a related field with a proven record of delivering end‑to‑end solutions that influence product strategy. Demonstrated expertise in implementing large‑scale, end‑to‑end analytical projects—ranging from exploratory analysis through to analytical frameworks. Experience delivering analytics solutions that shape product roadmaps, accomplish metric goals, and raise the technical bar for analytics best practices. Fluency in SQL plus Python or R, and the ability to dive into raw telemetry to build models, metrics, and dashboards. Expertise in A/B testing, causal inference, and metric governance. Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional partners through clear storytelling that bridges statistics, business context, and customer empathy. Compensation & Benefits The starting base salary range for this position is typically $126,000‑$140,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
