Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center completes over 2600 deliveries each year. As a GYN/OB Hospitalist you will be responsible for consulting on inpatient and ED gynecologic patients, overseeing emergency department and GYN/OB emergencies, and assisting gynecologic surgical cases. You will be required to work flexible 12 hour shifts during both weekdays and weekends, days and nights for an average of 12 shifts per month with vacation time. Opportunities exist for participation in medical education and hospital committees. Qualifications
Board certification/eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology Experience in labor and delivery, obstetrics, and gynecology or a related field Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions Application Instructions

The referenced salary range represents the minimum and maximum salaries for this position and is based on Johns Hopkins University's good faith belief at the time of posting. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered to the selected candidate may vary and will ultimately depend on multiple factors, including geographic location, skills, work experience, internal equity, market conditions, education/training, and other factors, as reasonably determined by the University.
