The compensation increases based on years of experience and ranges from $118,200 - $189,120 annually; benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, 403B, pre-tax MBTA pass, and more. This role offers a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Patient Facing:

Yes Responsibilities Work with the Medical Director, Respite Leadership Team, and other leaders to oversee daily clinical operations for BHCHP’s 104 beds of medical respite; contribute to clinical excellence, real-time problem solving, and policy/vision development. Provide mentorship to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in Medical Respite; participate in interviewing/hiring, onboarding, and annual performance reviews; collaborate on weekly Medical Respite provider meetings with the Medical Director. Provide direct patient care by covering provider teams as needed; option to add regular clinic hours if desired. Act as liaison between clinical staff and IT (EPIC and Matrix Care) to optimize EHR templates for Medical Respite and related workflows. Help shape BHCHP program-wide policies by participating in Clinical Care and Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee meetings. Be on-call for medical or administrative issues in Medical Respite; participate in weekly operational meetings (Respite Leadership, Length of Stay, etc.). Facilitate specialty care (e.g., Dermatology, Gerontology) and coordinate medication eligibility with the Medical Director and Pharmacy Director. Qualifications At least 5 years of clinical experience as an NP/PA; management experience strongly preferred; DEA X-waiver required. Demonstrated interest in serving underserved populations and in substance use disorder treatment. Ability to lift and carry 5 pounds regularly; ability to communicate verbally with patients; ability to take patient history, perform exams, diagnose, and formulate treatment plans. Proficiency in computer use for extended periods; ability to work with electronic health records. Compensation and Benefits Annual salary range: $118,200 - $189,120, depending on experience. Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 403B, pre-tax MBTA pass program (40% discount), and potential bilingual bonuses.
