Clinical Director

(PsyD or PhD required) who prioritizes patient care and strives for clinical excellence. As a Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in transforming lives through exceptional patient care, and inspirational Clinical Leadership to our team of clinicians. Locations:

(Hybrid/Remote): River North & Evanston Responsibilities

Oversee the clinical operations and staffing for two clinics: Clarity Clinic River North and Clarity Clinic Evanston locations. Manage a small caseload, providing evidence-based treatment (CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, Unified Protocol) to clients attending individual therapy or administering neuropsychological testing, while demonstrating excellent management, retention, and termination of clients on caseload, and providing leadership oversight to Clinical Supervisors, Therapist IIs and clinical staff for assigned clinics. Training: A minimum of one monthly individual supervision for each fully licensed staff (including clinical supervisors). Facilitation of a minimum of one monthly organizational training. Group Supervision: Facilitation of a minimum of one monthly group supervision. Qualifications

Must be fully licensed to practice independently in the state of Illinois as a PsyD/PhD (Licensed Clinical Psychologist). Competency in administering cognitive assessments, executive functioning assessments, and personality assessments. Certified in ADOS testing is also a plus. Minimum 2+ years of experience in a clinical leadership role. Passion for patient-centered care. Perks and Benefits

Base Salary: $100-$110k commensurate to years of experience and years of licensure (plus bonus earning potential).
