$56.43/hr on w2 Responsibilities
Lead with heart — display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers and colleagues on the team Motivate, inspire and develop Support Staff by balancing assignments to maximize strengths, address development opportunities and decrease knowledge gaps Successfully implement solutions by leading the team to achieve specified goals Adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting Seek new ways to grow, collaborate with others and deliver better outcomes Align others around purpose to product support and commitment Contribute to a team culture that promotes caring, energy, enthusiasm and pride Apply nursing knowledge to help drive healthy outcomes and differentiate the Client from competitors Experience
Active RN license in the state or territory where you are working Education
Full, active, and unrestricted RN license in a U.S. state, territory or District of Columbia At least one year of related nursing experience including immunizing and providing quality care to patients Seniority level
