Data Architect for the Enterprise Services Team and the Network Modernization Team of a Program Management Office (PMO) Work with internal and external partners to create executive briefs, reports and other deliverables to inform work-group leadership and mission partners Produce and deliver reports for mission partners, including maintenance schedules, incident/outage reports, requirement fulfillment status, service offerings, and utilization reports Collaborate with the PMO and other teams to advance the PMO’s mission in accordance with contract requirements and company policies Champion data management, governance, accessibility, and quality Collaborate with Systems Architect, Network Architect, and Enterprise Services Team Lead to design data analytic solutions from multiple data sources across multiple fabrics and IC Partner infrastructures Analyze and store data in compatible formats to enable repeatable, high-quality, and supportable solutions Define and institutionalize a strategic data framework across multi-fabric information environments Support a fast-paced project with engineering management principles and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders Analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflows, hardware and OS environments, network connectivity, interfaces, and controls Develop and present substantive data analytical recommendations to senior management Establish priorities with IC Partners and implement plans aligned with strategic objectives Use program-approved templates for internal and external documents Review documents before presentation to Program Executive and Deputy for approval Plan and facilitate meetings and maintain agendas and read-ahead materials Prepare complex technical documents, procedures, reports, and briefings Maintain the program document repository with updated data Coordinate and distribute meeting minutes, action items, and status updates Track and report on assigned actions to PMO and clients Create content using Microsoft Office products with PMO-approved templates Work independently and/or as part of a team Monitor and manage the program’s action tracker and client action items system Coordinate with client leadership to finalize responses to actions and inquiries Maintain Master Schedule and related instances in ServiceNow, Confluence, SharePoint, and/or JIRA as needed Provide support to a complex organization in a fast-paced operational environment Demonstrated knowledge of C2S/AWS services and Agile methodologies Demonstrated knowledge of databases and their migration Demonstrated knowledge in API design and implementation Interact with stakeholders at all levels, including Senior Executives Operate effectively in ambiguous situations by making timely recommendations and executing plans to completion Engage and collaborate with team members to create professional products for PMO and client approval Build rapport with IC partners to maintain open lines of communication Organize tasks, collaborate with team members, and apply interpersonal skills to complete tasks Be proactive and a self-starter Qualifications
Required
Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific/technical discipline BS 12-15, MS 10-13, PhD 10+ Knowledge of industry data standards and architectures, including complex databases, circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software Knowledge of design and integration principles for complex databases Experience identifying measures of system performance and actions needed to improve performance relative to goals Ability to evaluate and recommend data integrity improvements Ability to recommend data management policies, standards, practices, and security measures Desired
Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field 15+ years of experience At least 3 years of experience in the Intelligence Community Knowledge of Intelligence Community missions, needs, and information sharing requirements Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical audiences EEO Statement
