Metropolitan Council Senior Manager, Employee Experience Provide strategic leadership for workforce initiatives at Metro Transit, overseeing programs that drive employee engagement, inclusion, and workplace culture. Supervise the Peer Support and Great Workplace Program Managers, ensuring strong daily operations and impactful communication that connects employees at all levels.
