At Productboard, we believe in making products that matter – products that not only solve real-world problems but also satisfy their users. The Growth team’s goal is to make it exceptionally easy for people around the world to discover, trial, buy, and use our suite of products and services. Our team is responsible for driving sustainable business growth by increasing acquisition, monetization, conversion, and retention throughout the end-to-end customer funnel. We use experimentation, customer feedback, and data-driven insights to guide our work and optimize the customer experience. Role Overview
As the Director of Business Insights, Data, & Analytics at Productboard, you will lead a newly formed, cross-functional team that brings together Product Analytics, Data Engineering, and Business Insights & Strategy under the Growth organization. You will report to the VP of Growth and align analytics capabilities with business priorities across Product, GTM, and Marketing to help Productboard scale smarter and move faster. What you’ll be working on

Prioritize initiatives and allocate analytical and engineering resources to maximize business impact. Operationalize recommendations by coordinating closely with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., playbooks, dashboards, reporting). Oversee data infrastructure development and ensure alignment between systems architecture and business needs. Build scalable processes for insight generation and cross-org alignment on metrics and reporting. Serve as a thought partner to Growth and executive leadership in shaping strategic decisions. Champion a culture of curiosity, rigor, and continuous improvement across your teams. About You
