Model, price, and sell structured interest rate, commodity, or forex derivatives to community banks across the country Communicate with lenders, borrowers, and coworkers about pricing commercial loans and interest rate derivatives Review credit underwriting memorandums and understand loan structure, credit quality, and credit history of potential hedge customers Review and understand spreadsheets of borrower financial statements, and work with commercial lenders to approve hedge proposals Draft marketing materials for review by commercial lenders and borrowers Partner with commercial lenders to sell hedging solutions Research and analyze financial data, interpret, and prepare reports of financial position with recommendations to commercial lenders and borrowers Communicate closely with colleagues regarding client interaction and the sales pipelines Ensure the accuracy of hedge documentation and that closings are timely and accurate Consistently communicate directly with customers and colleagues Undertake special projects related to job function as determined by the senior sales team Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Qualifications, Education, And Certification Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting Experience: At least five years work experience related to finance/accounting in lieu of college degree Certifications/Specific Knowledge: None Training Requirements/Classes
Required annual compliance training, New Employee Orientation Physical Demands
Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens and documents. This position requires a large amount of time in front of a computer, which can be done sitting or standing with a desktop setup. Work Environment
Telecommuting roles require a secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions, with a reliable private internet connection (not cellular data). Cable or fiber connections are preferred. Requirements are subject to change as new systems and technology are delivered. Travel
