Aloha! One of Hawaii's main telecom companies is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. Qualified candidates will have previous experience in project coordination and have a basic understanding of networking. Key Skills
Project coordination experience (network/telephony/voip is preferred) Lifecycle project management experience Scheduling experience Responsibilities
Follow-up of the day-to-day support to ensure compliance with the new contract. Meeting installation and repair intervals. Responsible for procedures and problem-solving assistance to ensure customer commitments are met. Work with Network Engineers and other departments to resolve network inquiries and issues. Serve as coordinator for interdepartmental teaming necessary to complete major State projects. Examples: Conversion of Lanai & Molokai 5 digit & 8+ dialing and Long Distance contract PIC changes for all State and County customers. Responsible for administering effective relations and communication between client and the end customer. This includes assessment, undertaking initiatives, and establishing policies and procedures in an effort to be a State advocate. Accumulation, preparation, review and analyze monthly State reports for: Repair Report Measuring Compliance Work Environment
2 days on-site/3 days remote (primarily remote though) Compliance Requirements
Drug Test required; Background Check required Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
