Lead daily operations of the restaurant to ensure quality, service, and safety standards. Manage staff, scheduling, training, and development; drive performance and customer satisfaction. Achieve sales targets and contribute to profitability. Collaborate with the General Manager to maintain brand standards and operational excellence. Qualifications
At least 2 years restaurant management experience. Positive, can-do and friendly attitude. Ability to pass a background check and have a decently clean Motor Vehicle Record. Ability to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
