Solution Architect
with deep expertise in
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-level cloud solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in translating complex business needs into scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions. Note:
This is a W-2 role, no C2C/1099 accepted. Key Responsibilities
Translate business capabilities into technical architecture and solution designs. Develop and maintain architecture models, blueprints, and roadmaps across business domains. Design and implement integration strategies for enterprise systems and data flows. Guide project teams on architecture standards, patterns, and best practices. Facilitate architecture governance and ensure compliance with enterprise standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business goals. Drive innovation through research, prototyping, and adoption of emerging technologies. Deliver architecture artifacts including business, data, application, and infrastructure models. Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in IT, with 4+ years in a dedicated Solution Architecture role. 4+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Strong knowledge of GCP services: Compute Engine, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, VPC, IAM, Cloud Build, etc. Experience designing and implementing cloud-native applications, data pipelines, and API integrations. Familiarity with Tekton or other CI/CD tools. Expertise in API design, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills
Experience with Tekton, Apigee, or other GCP-native tools. Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Deployment Manager). Experience with Kubernetes (GKE) and container orchestration. Understanding of security and compliance in cloud environments. Seniority level
