You will provide guidance on finance transformation, change management, and talent development to align the finance function with strategic objectives. Responsibilities
Conduct detailed analysis of clients\' key performance indicators, business processes, and systems to identify areas of improvement focused on treasury, financial reporting, accounting, financial planning and budgeting, capital management, risk and controls. Assist companies in achieving strategic goals and addressing multi-layered challenges through Finance strategy and operations. Support business development activities, including proposal development and client presentations to promote PwC\'s Finance Function Strategy services and expand the client base. What You Must Have
Bachelor\'s Degree At least 7 years of experience What Sets You Apart
Master\'s Degree in Finance, Accounting & Finance, Finance & Technology, IT/Data Analytics preferred Certified Public Accountant, Certified Treasury Professional or Chartered Financial Analyst preferred Knowledge of end-to-end Finance value chain, finance processes and technology Experience developing and reviewing financial models, business cases, and benchmarking analyses Ability to work with ambiguity and deliver top-level results for clients Strong analytical skills to transform large data sets into insights Proven communication skills and ability to present cogently Experience leveraging digital technologies in Finance (e.g., OneSource, Anaplan, Workiva, Blackline, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, RPA, ML, AI) Ability to create a positive team environment and meet client expectations Learn more
