You are responsible for effectively leasing vacant space and lease renewals in assigned properties. You will be assigned higher value leases, larger square footage suites, and core properties lease transactions. You may assist the SVP of Leasing in the training / development of a Leasing Manager / Admin / Financial Analyst. You are responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the daily work and day-to-day workings of particular projects. You will monitor market leasing activity and negotiate leases on an assigned property. You will work directly with brokers and tenants to establish relationships and build a broker/tenant database. Your ability to own your work and drive success will make a direct impact on the communities we serve. Responsibilities

Oversees specific operations or projects within the Company including core properties. Responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the daily work and day-to-day workings of particular projects. Essential element in driving the day-to-day operations of the company but does not direct the policy or mission of the Company. Responsible for leasing vacant space and lease renewals in assigned properties. Analyze prospective tenants for quality of business and success operating in our property. Work with brokers, if needed, to be current on market rates for similar space. Cold calling, canvassing markets, attending industry networking events. Monitor market leasing activity to be current on market rates for similar space. Establish tenant relationships and curate tenant database. Negotiates leases on an assigned property. Assist in the training & development of junior leasing, administrative staff & financial analysts. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree. 2-3 years of real estate leasing experience. Shown growth in the leasing manager position, internally or externally that is above the entry level leasing manager position. Strong analytical and quantitative abilities are required. Excellent client-service and negotiation skills. Highly motivated individual who can work with considerable independence. Willingness to travel up to a minimum 10 days a month. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook; MRI experience required. U.S. Work Authorization (required). Location: Janesville, WI. Salary: $60,000 - $65,000. Employment type: Full-time. Job function: Sales and Management.
