Senior Debt Products Manager: Commercial Real Estate Underwriter

* **Compliance** – You will comply with all applicable Bank and industry policies, guidelines and controls, including ensuring that all mandatory training is completed.* **Risk Management** – You will gather, review and critically assess third-party due diligence reports on a property, such as property appraisals, environmental assessments, plan and cost reviews, and construction cost consultant reports.* **Coordination –** You will work and collaborate with many different people/groups within the bank, including Client Managers, Asset Managers, and Credit Risk Management.* **Experience** - The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience underwriting all property types of commercial real estate deals.* **You're a team player.** You work productively with colleagues towards common goals.* **You are results oriented.** You have a high degree of attention to detail with excellent interpersonal and relationship skills.* **You're digitally savvy.** You seek out innovative solutions and embrace evolving technologies.
