Rise48 Equity is seeking an

Entry-Level Investment Analys t to join our investments team. This role is designed for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong interest in real estate private equity, financial modeling, and transaction execution. You will receive hands-on experience in assisting with building financial models from scratch, analyzing large multifamily portfolios, and supporting live transactions. The position is structured as 50% financial analysis and 50% transaction coordination, offering exposure to both the analytical and execution sides of real estate investing in order to facilitate career growth within Rise48. Transactions & Due Diligence (65%) Support the full lifecycle of acquisitions, refinances, and dispositions from contract to closing. Collect and review due diligence items (title, surveys, zoning, insurance, third-party reports). Draft and track agreements, loan documents, amendments, and closing statements. Liaise with title companies, lenders, attorneys, and internal teams to resolve issues. Review property operating statements, budgets, and KPIs to track portfolio performance. Conduct market research on rent comps, sales comps, and demographics. Assist in preparing reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior leadership and investors. Financial Analysis & Ad-Hoc Support (10%) Maintain and adjust Excel financial models from the ground up to assist in performing sensitivity and scenario analyses to evaluate risk-adjusted returns. Analyze property-level data (NOI, rents, occupancy, expenses, capital projects) to identify trends and performance drivers. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Accounting, or related field. Strong Excel skills and interest in financial modeling and real estate investment. 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships welcome). Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized. Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment. What We Offer
