The company connects publishers to retailers across multiple regions and platforms. Summary of Role: The Senior Director of Human Resources, located in Santa Monica, reports to the CEO. This role oversees US HR functions including benefits, compensation reviews, employee relations, talent acquisition, and culture/people operations, with a focus on collaboration, talent development, and organizational effectiveness across the US. Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership: develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, lead the HR team, and partner with Connexity managers and leaders on organizational design and employee engagement. US Benefits Oversight: design, implement, and administer US benefits programs; collaborate with brokers and vendors to enhance offerings. Company Compensation Review: lead annual compensation processes, benchmark salaries, manage merit and bonus programs, analyze data, and make recommendations to executives. Employee Relations: advise leadership and employees on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Global HR Leadership: collaborate with HR Directors in Germany and the UK to align initiatives; drive consistency across regions. Talent Acquisition Oversight: partner with Talent Acquisition Director to develop strategies; oversee recruitment and onboarding at all levels. HR Operations and Culture: oversee HRIS and employee data; support culture and people ops initiatives to drive engagement, retention, and well-being; promote diversity and inclusion. Compliance and Cross-Company Alignment: develop policies to promote a positive, inclusive environment; coordinate with Taboola HR to align policies and culture across organizations. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred Minimum 10 years in senior HR leadership roles Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements Experience in benefits, compensation, employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations in a global organization Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence across levels Proven ability to lead a team of senior HR leaders and a broader organization of at least 100 people Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR strategies that drive business results Experience in fast-paced, innovative environments; empathetic, people-first leadership Discretion and emotional intelligence in handling sensitive situations Benefits
