Overview
Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner responsible for executing Johns Hopkins Medicine (JHM) people initiatives, delivering HR functional excellence, and driving process improvement. Partners with business unit leadership to support growth objectives, retain a high-performing, engaged workforce, and uphold the JHH patient family culture. Responsibilities
Establish and maintain effective relationships to support JHM Operations. Ensure efficient and effective delivery of key HR projects and objectives. Partner with business unit leadership to deliver against business and people growth objectives. Proactively focus on retaining a high-performing, engaged workforce aligned with organizational culture. Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor of Science required. Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Work Experience:
Five (5) years of progressively responsible HR management experience, including employee relations, preferably in a university or hospital setting. Experience advising multiple levels of management on a range of people matters (e.g., engagement, retention, employee & labor relations, performance management, leave of absence, recruitment). Experience using a recognized HRIS system is strongly preferred. Required skills and experience:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) and/or experience in a unionized environment. Employment details
