We are seeking a skilled and experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in all stages of personal injury cases from initial client intake through trial preparation. Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal experience is a MUST. Responsibilities
Conduct client interviews to gather case details and relevant information. Perform data entry and maintain case files accurately. Assist in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Utilize legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw to support case preparation. Handle phone calls with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally. Draft, transcribe, and proofread legal documents and correspondence (Complaints, Discovery Responses, Motions, etc.). Qualifications
Fluency in Russian. Proven experience as a Paralegal specializing in Personal Injury Law. Proficiency in file organization and management. Familiarity with legal research tools like Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw. Ability to write clearly and concisely for legal documents. Excellent transcription skills for documenting legal proceedings accurately. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys in a dynamic legal environment.
