Senior Technical Recruiter
to join our San Jose office. This role will be a cornerstone of our global recruiting team, driving top-tier hiring across engineering, product, and marketing while also supporting occasional executive searches.
Responsibilities
Partner closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and business leaders to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and recruiting strategies. Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and cross-functional roles (engineering, data, product, marketing, etc.) with a focus on quality of hire. Source, engage, and assess candidates using creative and strategic methods (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, niche platforms, referrals, events). Drive executive-level searches and partner with leadership to map critical talent. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, ensuring proactive coverage for current and future openings. Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience while effectively managing expectations of hiring managers and stakeholders. Use data-driven approaches to measure recruiting effectiveness, improve processes, and influence decision-making. Support employer branding initiatives to position Designlibro as an employer of choice in Silicon Valley and beyond.
Qualifications
Experience: 6–9 years of recruiting experience, with at least 5+ years in technical recruiting (software, hardware, or IoT strongly preferred). Proven success in executive recruiting or senior-level hiring. Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies, market mapping, and competitive intelligence. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leaders. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting to executives. Highly organised, data-driven, and detail-oriented. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Compensation
Base Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 annually Incentives: Eligible for annual performance bonus and stock options. Total Compensation: Competitive, aligned with San Jose/Silicon Valley market benchmarks Disclaimer:
