Our client is seeking a
Patent Agent
with at least two years of patent prosecution experience. This role focuses on cutting-edge technologies such as 5G, Wi-Fi, artificial intelligence (AI), processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end. The position offers a dynamic career path within a leading global law firm, providing the opportunity to work at the forefront of technological innovation and intellectual property law. Responsibilities
Collaborate with inventors, researchers, and attorneys to evaluate invention technology and assess patentability. Draft and prosecute patent applications. Respond to USPTO office actions. Contribute to the strategic development and management of client patent portfolios. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). Minimum of two years of patent prosecution experience. Registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) or eligible to register. Strong technical expertise in 5G, Wi-Fi, AI, processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end. Excellent academic credentials with strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Preferred Skills
Experience liaising directly with clients to develop and manage portfolios. Domain expertise in autonomous vehicles, robotics, natural language processing, wireless communications, computer vision, or related AI fields. Seniorities and Employment
