Why This Role Matters

As a Research Scientist on our Reagent & Assay Development team, you’ll play a key hands-on role in bringing new products from concept to reality. You’ll run experiments, test reagents, troubleshoot, analyze data, and support the writing of protocols and SOPs. If you enjoy science, learning quickly, and seeing your work feed directly into product development, this role gives you room to grow and make impact. What You’ll Do

Execute flow cytometry experiments on biological samples, following established protocols and work instructions. Test reagents, assay panels, and instruments per SOPs; perform new fluorescent-antibody conjugate testing, document results, and analyze data. Troubleshoot experiments: design and validate corrective experiments if outcomes don’t match expectations. Present findings in group meetings; clearly communicate data, challenges, and insight. Contribute to the development and writing of study protocols and SOPs. Help with lab management: maintaining organization, ensuring equipment and materials are ready, supporting daily lab operations. What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications BS or MS in Life Sciences (e.g. Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry). 0–2 years of experience in a research, biotech, or pharma R&D environment. Hands‑on experience with general lab techniques: handling human blood/biological samples, cell culture, standard lab equipment. Excellent written & oral communication, strong documentation skills. Comfortable working in a team, collaborating cross‑functionally. Capacity to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining high quality. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.). Nice To Have / Plus Factors Experience using flow cytometry for immunology research, immune cell phenotyping, or other cell-based assays. Previous work in regulated environments (e.g. GLP / GMP). Experience designing or executing conjugation of fluorescent antibodies. What You’ll Gain
