Responsibilities
Collaborate with technical teams and business teams to understand business requirements to translate into system configuration and solutions.
Document technical requirements and configurations.
Utilize in-depth knowledge to configure, manage and maintain Workday Talent Management functionality related to performance review, feedback, goals, succession planning, etc., to align with organizational goals and objectives.
Design and implement Skills Cloud, Skills taxonomy, and Skills-related architecture (job profile, job requisition, worker profile, etc.) ensuring accurate mapping and seamless integration with existing HR Tech tools.
Ensure project success, including evaluating the technical/functional requirements, ensuring configured solutions meet project and business needs while adhering to best practices and standards of control boards.
Conduct system testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure the reliability and scalability of the Talent Management system.
Provide end-user support on Workday Skills and Talent Management functionalities.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with Tech and Data operations teams when necessary.
Stay abreast of Workday updates and releases.
Qualifications
Experience with Workday Talent Management, including performance, feedback, goals, and succession planning.
Experience designing and implementing Skills Cloud and related taxonomy.
Strong requirements gathering, configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and documentation skills.
Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
