We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Enterprise Architect to lead the architecture, design, and integration of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Satellite Applications (CMS, YMS, TMS, …) and broader supply chain solutions within a fast-paced logistics service environment. You will play a critical role in shaping the digital supply chain strategy, ensuring scalability, interoperability, and long-term sustainability of our enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the enterprise architecture roadmap for WMS and supply chain systems (e.g., transportation, order management, ERP integration). Align IT strategy with business goals across warehousing, distribution, and customer integration touchpoints. Design end-to-end transversal architectures involving WMS platforms (e.g., Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP EWM), ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and custom applications. Provide expertise in technical and functional design of Templates to ensure reusability, adaptation to multi-logistics scenarios and business contexts. Develop solution blueprints and architectural standards that ensure high availability, resilience, and performance of logistics applications. Guide the implementation of integration strategies between WMS, TMS, OMS, customer portals, and IoT/edge devices in warehouses. Ensure seamless data flow using APIs, ESBs, and EDI frameworks, maintaining real-time synchronization and visibility. Establish and enforce architectural governance, design principles, and technology standards. Participate in solution and design reviews to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture. Work closely with business leaders, operations teams, developers, and external partners to capture requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Support pre-sales and customer onboarding processes for large logistics clients. Evaluate emerging technologies such as AI/ML for predictive logistics, robotic process automation (RPA), and digital twins to improve warehouse efficiency. Identify opportunities for process and systems optimization across the supply chain. Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields. 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture with strong exposure to WMS and supply chain applications. Proven experience with one or more WMS platforms (e.g., Blue Yonder, Reflex, Manhattan, Infolog Generix, …). Deep functional understanding of logistics processes: inbound/outbound, inventory management, pick-pack-ship, reverse logistics. Strong knowledge of integration patterns, data standards (e.g., GS1, EDI), and middleware technologies. Familiarity with cloud-based architectures (Azure, AWS) and microservices environments. Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience in a 3PL or logistics service provider context. Certification in TOGAF, ArchiMate, or similar frameworks. Familiarity with automation technologies (e.g., AGVs, AMRs, WES). Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects in supply chain operations. This position involves regular travel across Europe (average of 2 to 3 nights away from home per week).
