Overview
Spherion Staffing is seeking a
Test Proctor
to join the Training Department team at a large
aerospace facility in Everett and other locations . The Test Proctor will oversee standardized testing sessions and ensure a fair, secure, and compliant testing environment. The contract may be extended based on performance, and there’s potential for transition into a direct hire position if openings become available. We’re looking for dedicated candidates who are flexible and open to working across 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts and willing to travel within the Everett to Puyallup area.
Pay rate:
$23/hour
Mileage reimbursement
is available for qualifying commutes beyond the closest work location— $0.70 per mile
Overtime opportunities available
– earn
$34.50/hour
for extra shifts
Weekly pay through Spherion
The position may require travel within the Everett to Puyallup area.
Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor students during standardized testing
to ensure compliance with testing protocols.
Prepare the testing area , including setting up materials and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
Communicate clearly with students regarding instructions, rules, and any questions during the testing process.
Monitor testing area
by checking in all participants, enforcing compliance guidelines within the testing environment, replenishing classroom supplies, conducting pre-requisites and pre-work checks, and post-session room cleanup.
What you’ll need
Minimum of one year of
experience in customer service .
Technical aptitude with PC, able to log in and navigate through a variety of software applications, including Microsoft Excel.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently or as a team.
Professional client culture with a
business casual dress code .
Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Spherion offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, and an incentive and recognition program (all benefits are based on eligibility).
