Overview Full-Time Certified Perfusionist Needed in Robbinsdale, MN

Come be the Heart of the Operation. For this location we are offering Premium Call & After Hours Pay. SpecialtyCare expands our footprint in Robbinsdale, Minnesota, and we are seeking a new graduate or experienced perfusionist to join a great team of 5 perfusionists. This team pumps a variety of all adult cases; you can expect to pump around 80 heart cases a year. Case mix includes CABGs and valves. Position Requirements

Graduate of Accredited Perfusion training program.

Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) or meets other Company requirements as a perfusionist.

Ability to work on call; must live within 30 minutes of the hospital.

Responsibilities and Expectations

Support a team of perfusionists in pumping a variety of adult heart cases (approx. 80 per year), including CABGs and valve procedures.

Collaborate with the OR team to ensure patient safety and high clinical quality.

Maintain ethical, professional, and personal standards that align with the team and company vision.

Excellent communication skills and basic computer skills.

Proactive self-starter who works well independently and as part of the OR team.
