Job Title : Epic MyChart and Cadence Analyst (Contractor)
Location : Remote (PST Hours)
Duration : 5 months, likely to extend
Hours : Full-time, 40 hours / week
Position Overview :
We are seeking a certified Epic MyChart and Cadence Analyst to support key Access initiatives focused on expanding and optimizing online scheduling workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Epic MyChart, with additional expertise in Cadence scheduling workflows, including Fast Pass, direct scheduling, open scheduling, and ticket scheduling. Candidates who are primarily Cadence-certified but have substantial experience with MyChart will also be considered.
Scope of Work :
The contractor will contribute to several strategic initiatives, including :
Online Scheduling Expansion (50%)
Implement and enhance solutions such as Fast Pass, direct scheduling, open scheduling, and ticket scheduling.
System-Guided Scheduling Migration (25%)
Support the transition to foundation system-guided scheduling, including decision tree development and visit type modifications.
Epic Spring Update Support (25%)
Assist with the Epic Spring Update, focusing on Access-related workflows and improvements.
Additional Responsibilities :
Collaborate with the Access Committee to drive initiatives aimed at increasing online scheduling adoption.
Provide input on emerging features such as Hello World and 2-way SMS texting integration.
Offer high-level guidance on MyChart functionality and user experience.
Support referral scheduling and other related tasks as needed.
Qualifications :
Required Certifications : Epic MyChart and Epic Cadence
Proven experience with scheduling workflows, including Fast Pass and direct scheduling.
Strong understanding of MyChart capabilities and patient engagement tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
