Lead IT project implementations in alignment with Agile methodologies and Federal Government standards. Develop, maintain, and execute detailed program and project plans. Manage day-to-day project activities, including risk management, issue resolution, and schedule adherence. Provide leadership and oversight on Federal Financial projects, ensuring compliance with project goals and objectives. Prepare and deliver senior-level briefings and project documentation. Required Qualifications
Ability to obtain DHS Suitability. 10+ years of experience managing IT project implementations, ideally within the Federal Government sector. Minimum of 5 years in a full-time Project Management role in an Agile environment. 5+ years of experience leading Federal Financial projects. PMP certification (or equivalent) required, with demonstrated knowledge of PMBOK principles. Bachelor\'s degree or higher. About ThinkTek
