As a

Principal Product Manager , you’ll play a key role in executing our roadmap while influencing its evolution. You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class products, contribute to long-term strategy, and help identify breakthrough opportunities that set us apart in the market. This role combines

deep executional ownership

with a

strategic mindset —you’ll define requirements, lead product delivery, evaluate new opportunities, and contribute to product decisions that accelerate innovation and growth. Responsibilities

Shape & Execute the Roadmap:

Own key portions of the product roadmap across hardware, software, and materials. Translate strategy into actionable plans and deliver them in partnership with Engineering, R&D, and Operations. Champion Disruptive Innovation:

Identify and validate disruptive product opportunities—new technologies, business models, or workflows—that offer step-change benefits to customers and the business. Market & Customer Insight:

Lead customer interviews, market research, and competitive analysis to identify unmet needs and guide decisions. Partner with Applications Engineering to understand customer challenges. Business & Financial Modeling:

Build models to size market opportunities, evaluate ROI, and support pricing and investment tradeoffs. Cross-Functional Execution:

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Applications Engineering, Operations, and Support to ensure successful launches and strong product-market fit. Customer-Centric Thinking:

Advocate for user needs throughout the product lifecycle and iterate based on feedback and performance metrics. Drive Product Metrics:

Define success criteria, track KPIs (adoption, usage, satisfaction, revenue), and use data to inform development. About You

Experience:

8-10+ years in product management of complex electromechanical hardware and/or full-stack systems. Industrial or B2B experience preferred. Education:

Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science, etc.) strongly preferred. MBA or equivalent business experience. Track Record:

Demonstrated success identifying and championing innovative or disruptive solutions that shifted product or market direction. Strategic & Tactical:

Comfortable shaping roadmap priorities and business models while delivering. Technically Fluent:

Able to engage deeply with Engineering and R&D on electromechanical and materials topics. Business-Savvy:

Skilled at market sizing, opportunity evaluation, and financial modeling. Analytical & Curious:

Data-oriented with ability to balance intuition and evidence. Great Communicator:

Clear and persuasive with technical and non-technical audiences; strong collaboration and influencing skills. Customer-Focused:

Curious about user problems and motivated to solve them effectively. Results-Driven:

Proactive, self-motivated, with ownership and focus on measurable results. Industry Background:

Highly preferred experience in advanced manufacturing, robotics, industrial automation, or complex electro-mechanical systems. Aerospace, defense, automotive, or manufacturing equipment experience is a plus. Travel:
