Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $84,000.00/yr Summer 2025 Start Location: Boston, MA Additional Details: This is a Boston based opportunity with a 4 day in office expectation (Monday - Thursday) with 1 day remote (Friday). At this time, Wayfair will not sponsor applicants for employment authorization for this position for the following work visas: STEM OPT EAD, H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, O-1, J-1, or TN The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $84,000 per year. The base salary offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. What You'll Do

Manage processes and drive engagement with key cross-functional partners Leverage analytical methods and visualization to translate data sets into actionable insights to drive business decisions and outcomes Conduct ad hoc analyses and build reporting in Google Sheets Communicate regularly with cross functional partners to understand the health of Wayfair’s supply chain network and determine ways to break down problems into action-oriented solutions Develop and drive adherence to sustainable long-term performance management frameworks to improve performance across multiple process paths in our supply chain Monitor key performance indicators and assess how we’re making progress against our core metrics and OKRs Work cross-functionally with a variety of teams including Warehousing, Transportation, Technology, and Supplier facing teams Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time for business needs What You'll Need

Basic Qualifications

1-3 years of transferable experience in a corporate environment, including internship and co-op experience. Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, SQL or GBQ, and data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio (Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI) Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field Familiarity with any programming language (R, Python) is a plus, including motivation to learn and develop the skill-set Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills: excited about working with and synthesizing big data into actionable insights; comfortable using data software to conduct analyses and synthesize findings Strong consultative skills: ability to work effectively and persuasively with a highly cross- functional group of business partners High attention to detail, zero-defect analysis and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously Strong business acumen: ability to understand how various parts of the business interact; can identify and approach problems from a customer or supplier perspective An entrepreneurial spirit and mindset; you must be adaptable and comfortable with change Possible Team Placements Include
