Overview
Position title: Project Manager (PM) at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Washington, D.C. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) Manage daily operations of the Tour and Visitor Center (TVC) Schedule and oversee all staff, including backups for key positions Submit weekly and monthly tour reports Maintain the shared tour calendar and ensure accuracy of scheduled events Address staffing assignments, incidents, and corrective actions Ensure all staff comply with required BEP training and tour protocols Provide continuity of operations during closures or emergencies Qualifications
U.S. citizenship Minimum 5 years of customer service experience managing a public tour service or visitor center At least 1 year public speaking experience with groups over 30 At least 1 year experience with Microsoft Office Suite Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association Must pass BEP security clearance Job Details
