This position provides training, mentoring, market research, and sales planning for the facility Directors of Admissions and Sales for communities from Indianapolis and East Central Indiana. Responsibilities
Provide oversite and support for business development and sales efforts across assigned regions. Train, mentor, and develop facility-based sales team members. Conduct market research and develop sales plans for community Directors of Admissions and Sales. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or three years of equivalent experience. Long-term care sales experience required. Knowledge of corporate business management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and public relations skills. Autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities. Benefits
