Lead, develop, and build a business for Dyson products in the market within the B2B Professional channel. Responsible for the B2B P&L and achieving results, while executing the design route to market strategy. Implement global initiatives and best practices in market, drive team engagement, and report to the market MD or President with dotted line to the Global General Manager B2B Professional. Part of the Market’s Leadership team. Responsibilities (Accountabilities) P&L Management: Own the P&L for the B2B Professional channel for your market, driving profitability, volume growth, and market share. Deliver on sales (volume and revenue) and trading profit targets.
Strategy: Oversee all marketing activities relating to the market for B2B Professional with partnership from the US Marketing team; develop, communicate, and implement the market strategy; contribute to global strategic development; drive global accounts and XL deals; create an effective strategy covering key channels; collaborate with cross-functional teams to support after-sales and service strategy; work with market teams to drive Dyson technology into B2B verticals.
Commercial Impact: Own trading terms and pricing strategy; lead key account activities; generate new business leads and relationships; represent the company externally on hygiene, research and sustainability topics.
Talent & Leadership: Lead a high-performing team; foster collaboration and talent development; hands-on involvement in selling operations.

Experience Strong General Management experience, ideally with a background in Product Sales, Marketing and Business Development
Experience leading cross-functional business units and external sales teams; developing high performers
Exposure to various routes to market (ecommerce, distribution, direct-to-customer) and strong commercial environment
Extensive experience in high-level commercial negotiations; ability to operate in a matrix structure
Strong B2B experience

Benefits & Compensation
Salary: $260,000 - $300,000 annually + bonus opportunity.
