Groundswell is looking for an experienced
Technical Delivery Manager
to provide integrated architecture support for delivery teams, drive implementation success, and act as a trusted advisor to clients. Responsibilities include guiding solution delivery on Appian and related technologies, mentoring delivery teams on best practices for complex technical solutions and platform design, and implementing internal processes and tools to improve efficiency. Guide clients on architecture design, integration, scalability, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other initiatives to drive technical success Collaborate with client enterprise architecture teams to design and deliver solutions that fit their needs and ecosystems Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions using Appian and related technologies Support pre-sales activities: scope/LOEs, respond to proposals, prepare SOWs, advise on project approaches, present methodologies Evaluate emerging or incumbent technologies for value and fit in client or back-office implementations Create and document implementation best practices and internal knowledge base articles Provide thought leadership on process improvement and delivery practices Support internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools Mentorship, training, and enablement of resources Collaboration

5+ years of experience with Appian solutions 5+ years of related IT experience Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related area Strong experience with Agile delivery Strong integration design and development skills (data, reporting, etc.) Experience evaluating and resolving issues from system security testing Experience with PaaS/SaaS configuration and support processes Knowledge of network infrastructure concepts and troubleshooting Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; active listening; analytical and strategic foresight Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to work independently or as part of a team Hybrid position (on-site McLean, VA / remote) Experience Working In The Following Technologies
PaaS/SaaS or Low-Code Platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, Appian/Pega/Outsystems/Bizagi) RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) Authentication (SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP) Web services, Integrations and Middleware (RESTful/SOAP, Mule/IIB/Fusion) Cloud Computing/IaaS (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Software troubleshooting and performance tuning Nice To Have

The salary range for this role is $103,968.00 - $184,049.00, based on skills, experience, and location. Groundswell does not typically hire at the top of the range; compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis. Note:
