Capgemini is urgently seeking a Data Governance Architect to lead enterprise-level metadata and data access initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive strategic alignment across technical and business teams and shape scalable, secure data ecosystems. Your Role

Design and implement enterprise metadata models in Collibra aligned with business goals. Integrate metadata workflows with Unity Catalog and Synaptica for enhanced discoverability. Data Access Governance Implement and govern secure data access using Privacera. Optimize distributed workspaces in Databricks leveraging Unity Catalog. Define standards for efficient use of Databricks environments. Champion metadata governance and utilization across teams. Develop transition architecture roadmaps with clear milestones and success metrics. Align cross-functional stakeholders around a unified data discovery vision. Foster collaboration and clarity in complex, ambiguous environments. Promote innovative solutions in ontology, data access, and discovery. Serve as both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor. Your skills and experience

Extensive hands-on experience with Databricks, Collibra, Unity Catalog, and Privacera. Proven success in implementing distributed Databricks workspaces. Strong background in metadata modeling, data architecture, and enterprise-scale data discovery. Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance standards. Skills & Technologies
