Senior Data Scientist

with a PhD and demonstrated expertise in data science to join our advanced analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leveraging complex datasets, developing predictive models, and driving actionable insights to solve critical business challenges at scale. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and statistical analyses to address high-impact business problems. Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders, engineers, and product teams to translate business objectives into analytical solutions. Drive innovation by exploring new methodologies, algorithms, and tools to enhance data-driven decision making. Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence. Communicate complex analytical concepts and results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ensure the integrity, quality, and security of data used in analytical processes. Qualifications: PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data science or a related role, preferably within large-scale enterprise environments. Expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and experimental design. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala and familiarity with data frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark). Strong experience with big data platforms and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets and derive actionable business insights. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Publications or contributions to recognized scientific journals or conferences. Experience in industry-specific domain, e.g., finance, healthcare, retail.
