Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 15 years of experience in partner business development, technical and sales enablement roles within the technology industry. Experience building and scaling operations and partner outcomes in a changing, evolving corporate segment environments. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time. Preferred qualifications

Experience with Tier 2/3 markets or decentralized operations. Experience with ecosystem partners and Google technologies. Understanding of regional market trends, mid market buying behavior, and local business practices. Understanding of cloud, security, and productivity technologies. About the job

In this role, as a Head of Global Partner Development, you will execute business development and go-to-market (GTM) strategies for the corporate business segment. This role includes developing GTM programs, collaborating across the product teams with a specialty for Google Workspace and Security, identifying and recruiting new partners, overseeing transformative work streams, and aligning the regional team approach to expanding the Corporate segment, specifically in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets. You will be responsible for driving initiatives, enhancing market presence, and ensuring operational excellence across the partners and select markets. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $218,000-$306,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Lead corporate executive-level initiatives to recruit and build new partnerships that scale our corporate segment globally. Collaborate with members of the ecosystem and channels teams and the product teams to ensure that our technical differentiation is well defined and positioned internally and with our priority partners. Monitor overall corporate segment partner performance and bring new ideas to driving greater business outcomes. Build new business opportunities across multiple product offerings; AI, Google Workspace, Sec/Ops and Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
