Overview
Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance and enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of business systems analysis experience, work in Agile/SDLC environments, and deliver high-value solutions by bridging business needs and IT execution. This role partners with senior leadership, development teams, and vendors to ensure smooth delivery of complex IT and business initiatives. Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Domain is a must Downtown Boston, MA – 4 days onsite at the office 6–12 months with possible extensions Interview Process
— 2–3 rounds: 1–2 via Zoom; final round onsite in Boston is a must. Responsibilities
Lead workflow analysis and create workflow diagrams to recommend procedural improvements (current vs. future state). Prepare Impact Analysis documentation for new systems and enhancements. Define and maintain standards for analysis, requirements gathering, and vendor management. Mentor and guide BA team members on requirements elicitation and functional specifications. Oversee full project lifecycle (initiation to closing) ensuring solutions align with business needs. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on P&C applications (Policy Admin, Billing, Claims, eCommerce, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, UAT, Infrastructure). Ensure compliance with standards and deliverables while driving continuous improvement. Collect and analyze metrics to enhance BA processes and business value delivery. Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience. 15+ years of software development, with 10+ years in Business Analysis. Deep expertise in P&C Insurance systems (Policy Admin, Billing, Claims, eCommerce, financial applications). Strong knowledge of third-party integrations (LexisNexis Prefill, CREDIT, MRV, CLUE, etc.). Hands-on experience with Web Analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager). Familiarity with APIs, Web Services, SQL, XML, HTML, JSON, Postman, REST, SOAP UI. Skilled in workflow design (MS Visio), wireframes, and process documentation. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Employment Details
