Responsibilities

Design and develop software applications to address specific business needs

Gather business requirements and create conceptual and technical designs for multiple projects

Conduct peer reviews of development work to ensure adherence to standards and quality

Lead architecture and design discussions, providing expertise to technical teams and business partners

Manage and lead cross-team project tasks and deliverables, ensuring alignment with methodologies

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s Degree in a relevant field

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on technical implementation experience in mid to large IT enterprise environments

At least 5-6 years of IT technical experience with enterprise infrastructure

Industry certifications preferred

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and standards

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with emerging technologies and their potential applications

Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

Familiarity with application system performance, budgeting, and planning

Skills in providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement

Experience in leading cross-organizational teamwork and collaboration
