Seeking an Implementation Consultant – ERP Integrations to support our client in the onboarding and success of their customers during their ERP integration journey. This role bridges the gap between our client's internal product/engineering team and the payroll & finance teams of their customers by acting as a functional expert and trusted advisor during implementation. You’ll work directly with customers to understand their current ERP setup, chart of accounts, and financial workflows. You will gather requirements, translate them into functional deliverables, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure seamless data mapping and integration. Key Responsibilities
Client Discovery & Analysis Engage with customer finance and accounting teams to understand their ERP systems. Gather and document details such as chart of accounts, GL structure, dimensions, and other relevant workflows. ERP Integration Support Act as a subject matter expert on how the platform integrates with different ERP systems. Map customer’s accounting structure into platform’s data model. Validate data inputs and outputs for accuracy and compliance with financial processes. Cross-functional Collaboration Translate business requirements into technical deliverables for engineers. Act as a liaison between clients and the internal product & engineering teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment. Participate in sprint reviews, QA validations, and product enhancements related to ERP integrations. Customer Success Enablement Provide support and guidance to Customer Support and Implementation teams during ERP configuration and testing. Deliver customer-facing documentation and training materials as needed. Process Improvement Help define and continuously improve internal best practices, playbooks, and reusable templates for ERP onboarding. Requirements
Must-Have Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in solution consulting, implementation, or technical client support roles. Strong understanding of ERP systems NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, QuickBooks, etc.). Ability to read and interpret general ledger structures and accounting workflows. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience gathering and documenting technical and functional requirements. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams. Highly detail-oriented with an analytical mindset. Nice-to-Have Background in Fintech, SaaS, or accounting-related platforms. Familiarity with APIs, data mapping, or integration tools. Exposure to accounting principles and month-end closing processes. Experience working with remote-first, distributed teams. About Solution Street
