This person will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting process across select departments in the organization, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify the best avenues to attract diverse talent.**WHAT YOU WILL DO*** Responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles; setting the recruitment strategy for roles as they open, sourcing/screening candidates, navigating the offer process* Develop and communicate talent insights to hiring managers, which includes market knowledge, talent flow, and candidate insights* Research, recommend and implement new sourcing strategies to help create a diverse pipeline of candidates* Proactively sources qualified candidates through social media, job boards, referrals, industry contacts, manager and employee networks, and associations* Educate and guide hiring managers on interviewing techniques and legal issues regarding hiring practices* Partner with Compensation Team to formulate offer recommendations based on our Compensation Philosophy* Executes on our diversity recruiting programs, which includes maintaining contact with organization representatives to enhance our recruitment efforts* Ensures compliance and regulatory process are followed and documented accurately in accordance with MFS policies and procedures* Ensure all recruiting practices are in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to equal employment opportunity, immigration, and company policy. Responsible for promoting and maintaining fair employment practices within the assigned business units* Partnering closely with Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) to stay on top of service expectations. Keep them apprised of progress and timing of candidate searches and proactively respond to special requests or issues* Assists with other Human Resources functions as necessary**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR*** Must have 5- 6 experience of HR experience, which includes full-cycle recruitment* Experience developing and executing candidate sourcing strategies, cold calling, and candidate assessment through in-depth phone screens/interviews, consulting senior leaders on the established talent acquisition strategy and candidate management/offer negotiations.* Proven track record of directly sourcing talent in competitive markets – preferably in Technology recruiting* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence leaders at all levels* Experience with detailed compensation plans* Excellent candidate management capabilities including managing salary negotiations from screening to closing the candidate* Must be a team player and willingness to be flexible and adaptable to change* Ability to keep information confidential and to project a positive and professional image on behalf of the organization* Efficiency with MS Office, as well as HRIS and Recruitment Systems (Workday Recruiting)#LI-MB1#LI-HYBRIDAt MFS, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
