CVS Health is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Vice President of Talent Management to lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide talent strategies. This role will shape the future of the workforce by aligning talent initiatives with CVS Health’s business goals, driving succession planning, and fostering mobility across the enterprise. Major Responsibilities

Talent Strategy Development: Lead the creation of a comprehensive Talent Management Strategy that supports CVS Health’s long-term goals and organizational priorities. Succession Planning & Leadership Pipeline: Execute robust succession planning processes to identify and develop successors for critical and feeder roles across the enterprise. Enterprise & Business Unit Mobility: Build and implement a connected mobility strategy that enables seamless talent movement across the enterprise and business units. Data-Driven Insights: Leverage workforce data and analytics to derive actionable insights that refine talent strategies, improve program effectiveness, and deliver measurable outcomes. Technology & Innovation: Utilize platforms such as Workday, and emerging technologies including AI, to simplify and enhance the succession planning process. Qualifications

12+ years in a senior HR leadership role, with direct experience leading enterprise-wide succession planning initiatives. Demonstrated ability to connect enterprise-wide initiatives with business unit goals, ensuring strategic alignment and execution. Deep expertise across HR tools, vendors, and technologies, including Workday and AI-enabled platforms. Proven track record as a strategic thinker who translates vision into actionable plans. Recognized as a results-oriented leader who drives measurable outcomes and continuous improvement. Strong team-building capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional and high-performing teams. Effective influencer and decision-making partner with senior leadership and stakeholders across the organization. Ability to work in a Hybrid Model (in office Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday). Education

Bachelor Degree Required. Advanced Degree Preferred. Compensation & Benefits

The typical pay range for this role is: Minimum: $320,000.00; Maximum: $420,000.00. This pay range represents the base salary for positions in the relevant job grade. Actual offer depends on experience, education, geography and other factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program, and includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
