Remote - U.S. Overview
SimSpace seeks a Director of Demand Generation & ABX with 5-7 years of hands-on campaign planning and execution experience in cybersecurity. The role leads and executes high-impact marketing campaigns that drive engagement, pipeline growth, and bookings. You will design and manage targeted campaigns that attract and nurture contacts from our targeted accounts through the buyer’s journey. This position is fully hands-on from strategy to execution, with no direct reports to start. What you’ll be doing
Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive Sales-qualified pipeline. Design and implement ABX strategies, processes, and software to educate, engage, and convert target accounts. Optimize all marketing efforts, spend, and ROI across paid and organic channels, including sponsored and owned field events and trade shows, paid media, SEO/LLMs, email, and our own website. Partner with Solution Architects, Sales, CS, and Product to ensure use of appropriate messaging and assets. Operate in marketing software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, and support the marketing tech stack to enable precise campaign execution. Regularly analyze and report on channel-specific campaign ROI. Manage demand generation and ABX budgets to ensure efficient allocation and maximum impact. Qualifications and characteristics
5-7 years of hands-on experience planning and executing campaigns in cybersecurity, targeting large enterprises. Proven track record of implementing and managing ABX best practices and technology. Hands-on experience with essential MarTech software, including Asana, HubSpot, and Salesforce. Expertise in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels. Test/learn approach focused on continuously optimizing campaigns based on data and feedback. Proven ability to drive Sales-qualified pipeline from Global 250 enterprises in close collaboration with field-based Sales teams. Strong collaboration across marketing, Pre-Sales, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams. Who you are

Base salary range: $155,000 - $175,000, with potential for annual bonuses tied to company performance and individual contributions.
